Stop The Spinning

Hi all!  It’s Sunday again and time for a quiet moment at my desk.  This past week was a little crazy.  I felt like I was spinning in twenty different directions.

All that spinning made me a little dizzy and I rested over the past couple days.  The days of rest re-centered me.  I finally feel like myself again.  I feel like I can breathe again.  (very important don’t you think?)

I don’t know about you, readers, but I need to break the spinning habit.  It’s hard to do in our 24/7 lives of work, family and oh yeah ourselves, but essential in staying sane.

For me quiet mornings like this are key.  Sun streaming in, coffee at hand and time to write always put me in the right place.  I know that doesn’t work for everyone, so what works for you?  How do you stop the spinning?  Let’s share tips with each other.  You never know what you say may help the next person to read it.
